1. Accepting the terms

By using Forward, on the website or in the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Forward.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens with your account. Use your real name, keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Content and conduct

Forward has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, send or ask for:

  • Anything offensive, hateful, harassing or threatening, or anything that targets a person or group.
  • Sexual content or nudity.
  • Illegal items, weapons, drugs, alcohol or tobacco.
  • False or misleading listings, scams or spam.
  • Other people's personal information.

4. How we keep Forward safe

We filter offensive words, and anyone can report a listing, a comment or a person, and block people they don't want to deal with. We look into reports promptly, normally within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or delete the accounts of the people who post it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to show and distribute it on Forward.

6. Giving and receiving

Forward connects people giving things away with people who can use them. Forward never handles money: whoever picks up an item gives any amount directly to the charity. We don't guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items, and you arrange pick-ups at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer

Forward is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

Forward is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Your data

How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy. Forward is hosted in the European Union.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. We will tell you about important changes on this page and in the app.
